Community Impact
At GPG Lawyers, we believe that being part of a community means giving back to it. Our commitment to supporting local initiatives reflects our firm’s core values of integrity, teamwork and care — principles that extend beyond our legal work and into the Canberra and surrounding communities where we live and work.
We are proud to sponsor and support a range of community groups, sporting clubs and local events that make a real difference in people’s lives. From encouraging young athletes to pursue their sporting goals, to supporting organisations that provide care and assistance to families in need, our involvement is about helping our community thrive.
Our ongoing partnerships include the Uni-North Owls Junior Rugby Union Club, including their 2025 domestic tour; the Belconnen United Sharks Junior Rugby League Club; and the Queanbeyan Tigers Football Club, where we proudly sponsor player Koby Gibbs. We also contribute to Karinya House, an organisation providing invaluable support to women and families in crisis.
Beyond sport and social services, we take pride in supporting local schools and community events, such as the St Monica’s Fete and St Monica’s Trivia Night, as well as local horse events including the Royal Canberra Show - Horse Section and other that bring together rural and regional communities.
Through these partnerships, we aim to foster a stronger, more connected community — one where people feel supported, valued and empowered. At GPG Lawyers, making a positive impact isn’t just part of what we do — it’s part of who we are.
