We pride ourselves on giving you transparency and realistic estimates of your costs at every stage of your matter.

 We offer fixed fees For our Wills and Estate Planning  and Conveyancing fees.

Wills and Estate Planning

These set fees include:

  1. An initial appointment with you for us to take instructions;

  2. Drafting your estate planning documents

  3. A second appointment to sign the documents;

  4. Arranging for your attorney(s) to sign to accept their appointment, if required;

  5. Retaining the documents in our safe custody deed packets;

  6. Writing to you every three years to ascertain whether you need to update your documents;

  7. Advising and taking instructions generally.

If your matter is more complex, for example your require a testamentary trust or have a blended family, your estate planning matter may be charged at our hourly rates, however your lawyer will discuss this with you at your first appointment.

Conveyancing Fees

     a. ACT or NSW purchase: $1,650 (plus GST plus disbursements)

b.     ACT or NSW sale $1,650 (plus GST plus disbursements)

c.      Review of contracts prior to offer/bidding at auction: First two for free and $550 per contract thereafter.

d.     ACT or NSW purchase – House and Land Contracts/off the plan $2,200 (plus GST plus disbursements).

e.     Transfer of property pursuant to family law or estate Court Orders or Deeds of Family Arrangements: $880.00 (incl. GST plus disbursements)

f.      Registering Powers of Attorney with the NSW or ACT Land Titles Office $440 (incl. GST plus disbursements)

g.     Notices of Death or Notice of Death of Joint Proprietor; or Transmission Applications: $440.00 (incl. GST plus disbursements)

h.     Lodging Caveat on Title $440 (incl. GST plus disbursements)

All other matters, including family law, family violence orders and personal protection orders, traffic law and employment law are charged at your dedicated lawyer’s hourly rate.
